Mr. Adler has experience in engineering geology specializing in hillside mass grading and improvement projects including: single and multi-family residential, commercial sites, public school sites, municipal roadways, reservoir sites, soil nail walls, and fault and landslide hazard studies. In addition, his work includes extensive post-construction slope stability and landslide investigations for distressed residential and commercial structures in Southern California and Nevada.

Mr. Dougherty has experience in environmental and engineering geology, hillside grading and improvement projects, inspection and testing during school and hospital construction, materials testing laboratory management, Quality System Management, fault and landslide hazard studies, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, groundwater investigations, well construction design and inspection, and minerals exploration.
